2 weeks or so ago I stopped in late and bought some lures and boldly declared that my daughter Reilly was going to connect the next day. She had 3 bucks present that day, a spike a 5 pt and a small 8…all came straight to the scents.
Every time out for the past 2 weeks she has had opportunity. It started with that spike which she declared that she did not want. Lots of learning opportunities and seeing all sorts of game.
Saturday she connected on her first deer. Your lures were part of it, in fact I put a licking branch in the middle of the field and the bucks came in and started rubbing it on their own.
Dad’s turn now 😉
